Salão Lisboa

Salão Lisboa is a showcase of Portuguese film in venues with memories. Over ten days, we're welcoming the whole city to places that represent the memory of literature, cinema, the city and the country, so that together we can see new Portuguese cinema on the big screen.
In its 3rd edition, the Alvalade Cineclube wants to revive the memory of Lisbon's cinemas in the city's libraries. In Marvila, Campo de Ourique and Palácio Galveias, Salão Lisboa lights up the projector to the shadow of books. Three sessions, three libraries, three Portuguese films to understand the relationship between cinema, people and the memory we can have of everything in a city like Lisbon. Films by Luciana Fina, Rita Maia and Tiago Hespanha, in free admission screenings and with a vibrant city on screen, which discusses love, listens to new sounds and takes a guided tour to the country we are. From November 18th to 25th, to see with your eyes open.
